Mapping and Inventory
The Idaho State Department of Agriculture is actively involved in locating and tracking noxious weeds in Idaho.
Locations of weed infestations are mapped by many county, state, federal, and private landowners throughout the state. ISDA then compiles all of this weed data into a statewide database.
This information is used to create reports, maps, and other visual aids to assist county commissioners, State Legislators, and various government agencies in better understanding the noxious weed problem in Idaho.
