This is a temporary rulemaking with an effective date of June 1, 2012, because new milk quality standards for individual dairy farm milk supplies became effective January 1, 2012. The IDA and the IMP requested that the amendments to the state’s Grade A milk rule be in effect on June 1, 2012.
