Plant Pathology Lab

The Department's Plant Pathology Lab provides testing for Phytosanitary Certificates necessary for both domestic and international import and export of certain seeds and plants.

Diagnostic services are also available, primarily on agricultural crops, but also on nursery stock and certain other hosts. The lab also participates in plant disease surveys projects in cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture and other agencies.
