The Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Inspection Service has different fee schedules for the various services offered.

Fresh onions and potatoes fee schedules have three options available to the applicant depending on their expected use. If desired an applicant can sign a memorandum of agreement (MOA) for option 1 (pdf); this gives them the lowest cost per hour with a volume reduction. They are required to pay 40 hours per week, per inspector, with this option.
