Laws and Rules

ISDA does not have specific rules regarding the licensing and regulation of engineers in the state of Idaho. The roles of engineers in relation to agricultural operations are addressed in various rules under each division.

The Idaho Board of Licensure of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors does provide laws and rules for engineers.
