Animal Care concerns
ISDA investigates cases of alleged animal cruelty in cooperation with local law enforcement. Local authorities should be the main contact for non-production animals, including dogs, cats and horses. If you have concerns about the improper treatment of production animals, please contact the Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) at (208) 332-8562 or toll-free (866) 435-0490 to file a complaint.
